That said, if our supply of the products is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.

We accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. To initiate a return, please email us at info@tintorystore.com - include your order number and the items you wish to return.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. More information is available in our Return Police.
